1. Acceptance

By accessing service-hazelhub.click or engaging Hazelhub Analytics Co., Ltd. ("Hazelhub," "we," "us") for claims visualization services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this website or our services.

2. Services described

Hazelhub prepares insurance claims charts, briefing materials, and related analytical visualizations based on data you provide. Deliverables are advisory visual and written materials. We do not adjust claims, set reserves, provide actuarial certification, or make coverage determinations.

3. Engagement contracts

Specific engagements are governed by a written scope document or statement of work signed or acknowledged by both parties. If a scope document conflicts with these Terms, the scope document controls for that engagement.

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive a license to use delivered charts and PDFs for internal business purposes. Hazelhub retains ownership of methodologies, templates, and pre-existing materials. You may not resell our deliverables or present them as your own production without written consent.

Website content, branding, and design are owned by Hazelhub Analytics Co., Ltd. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

5. Client data

You represent that you have authority to provide claim extracts and related data. You grant Hazelhub a limited licence to process that data solely to perform the agreed engagement. See our Privacy Policy for handling details.

6. Accuracy and reliance

Charts reflect the extract you supply at the time of production. We validate format and flag obvious inconsistencies but do not audit your source systems. You are responsible for business decisions made using our materials.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, Hazelhub's total liability for any claim arising from an engagement or use of this website shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

8. Website use

You may not attempt unauthorised access to our systems, scrape the site in a manner that impairs performance, or use the contact form for unsolicited commercial messages unrelated to our services.

9. Third-party links

This site may link to external resources. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gyeonggi-do, Korea, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for website use. Active engagements remain governed by the Terms in effect at scope approval unless otherwise agreed.
