Who this is for
Regional claims directors and operations VPs who sit through weekly file reviews but lack a single visual narrative tying reserve drift, cycle time, and adjuster backlog together. The briefing pack is designed for a forty-minute leadership meeting—not a data warehouse export.
What you receive
Each monthly cycle includes eight to twelve charts printed on A3 stock with brass-corner mounts, plus a matching secure PDF. Typical panels include:
- Reserve movement by line and vintage, with annotations calling out files that moved more than one standard deviation
- Cycle-time histograms segmented by adjuster tier and claim complexity band
- Geographic heat maps of open files weighted by incurred loss
- A one-page written summary citing specific claim numbers (redacted for external sharing)
Process
- Extract review (Days 1–2): We validate your claim export against the KPI list you provide. Missing fields are flagged before chart work begins.
- Draft charts (Days 3–8): Analysts build panels in our Goyang studio. You receive a watermarked preview PDF for factual corrections only—no layout changes at this stage.
- Revision pass (Days 9–10): One round of annotation edits included. Additional rounds billed at hourly rate.
- Print and delivery (Days 11–12): Physical packs couriered or collected from our Ilsan-ro office. PDF delivered via your preferred secure channel.
Included and excluded
Included: Data validation, chart production, one revision round, print mounting, secure PDF, thirty-minute walkthrough call.
Excluded: Ongoing dashboard hosting, IT integration with your claims system, legal review of redaction standards, rush delivery under seven business days.
Preparation
Provide a CSV or Excel extract with claim number, line of business, incurred loss, paid loss, reserve, open/closed status, adjuster ID, loss date, and report date. Minimum six months of history for trend panels.
Pricing note
Quarterly retainer covers three monthly cycles. Single-month commissions available at 40% premium. Volume discounts for multi-line carriers above 15,000 open files.
