Purpose

Underwriting and claims teams often review loss ratios in separate spreadsheets that use different period definitions. We build a single panel set where every cohort uses the same development basis, so both sides argue about the same numbers.

Scope

Each project produces three to six linked panels showing accident-year or report-year loss ratios with optional expense loads. Cohort overlays can include region, distribution channel, or policy size band. Panels are sized for wall mounting in a conference room or insertion into board materials.

Timeline

Week one covers data receipt and cohort agreement. Weeks two and three are chart production. Week four is revision and delivery unless you request expedited scheduling.

Not included

Actuarial sign-off, IBNR modeling, rate filing support, or ongoing monthly updates. Those require a separate engagement or your internal actuarial team.
